Foundation Practice:Training on core techniques andapplications in order to perfect movement wisdom and true self expression in one’s art.A 10 hour seminar with one of the world’s most accomplished Wudang Wushu Masters featuring detailed foundation practice of Bagua Zhang techniques such as circle walking, basic palm changes, proper body posture and dynamics, and expert instruction of the Wudang Eight Palm Changes Form.
BaGua movement and techniques can be found in all aspects of Wudang Internal Kungfu, Taiji, and Qigong practice, and training with this powerful internal martial arts practice will greatly enhance one’s movement and abilities in the Wudang arts as well as any other style of Chinese martial arts.
Suitable for those new to the swirling movements of BaGua Zhang as well as experienced practitioners exploring the Wudang style.
