If you are already familiar with the content of the course, after a review period you will be welcome to learn additional material
Courses have a minimum of 8 and are limited to 18 participates

Focus: Taiji 13 and Five Animal Qigong with Light GongFu foundation training
Physical Fitness Requirement: Medium Distance Hiking 1 - 2 hours once or twice per week
