Day 1 - November 8, Friday, from 10:00 am –12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm,
Bagua, 武当八卦掌 ($120 for two sessions)
lunch at the club and Tea time after workshop, 4:00-5:00 pm
Day 2 - November 9, Saturday: 9:00 am—11:00 am
Basic form for Taichi, No previous training is required. ($60)

Day 2 - November 9, Saturday 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
small group senior training session Taichi Fan 乾坤太极扇 ($60) Location may change.
Tea time at Jeanette’s home after the training 4:30-5:30 pm
Day 3 - November 10, Sunday: 10:00 am—12:00 pm,
Five Animals Qigong, No previous training required. ($60)

senior training session (eight immortal or taichi Sword) ($60)
Afternoon tea at Jeanette place 5:00-6:00pm
The total cost to attend the three-day workshop is $360. Payment can be made through Paypal
or Venmo at Jeanette.jin@gmail.com or on the website www.wudangdao.com.
Sequoyah Country Club is a private club. Jeanette Jin is a club member, who is pleased that the club is willing to provide the facility. Cost for lunch and/or tea time at the club are excluded from the workshop fee. The payment will be arranged with Jeanette during the workshop.
